Our Role in Financing Transactions. Kala Financial acts in an advisory and preparation capacity. We do not lend, underwrite, issue, or fund financing. All credit decisions, including approval, loan amount, pricing, structure, and timing, are made solely by lenders and capital providers in their discretion.
